For over thirty years, the Mystic River Mudhead Sailing Association has raised funds and awareness for worthy charities. We are proud to partner with Always Home for the third year for the 2024 event.

Always Home has pursued a single mission of preventing family homelessness for more than twenty-five years, keeping folks housed and helping parents create lasting stability for their children. Always Home focuses exclusively on serving Eastern Connecticut families with minor children, and strives to keep families in their own housing and out of emergency shelter so that children never have to experience the trauma of being homeless.
“The Mudhead Benefit Regatta is so much more than a fundraiser,” said Tricia Cunningham, Executive Director of Always Home. “For us, it’s an opportunity to shine a light on the pressing issue of family homelessness. We are honored to partner with the Mudhead community on this event and grateful for the impact their support has on Preventing Family Homelessness.”
Come and join in the fun at the at Mystic Shipyard in Mystic, CT on Saturday, July 13 when the Mudheads host their annual MegaParty starting at 5 p.m. This event features great food, full bar, prize drawings and live music from Wooly Mammoth. Whether by land or by sea, we hope you can join us.
The Mudhead Benefit Cup has become the “Go to Regatta” on the ECSA Circuit and 2024 promises another exciting day of music, food, and racing! Tickets are $40 and $50 at the door.
Kids under 12 are free!
