North U Sail Trim & Boat Speed Seminar
Led by Bill Gladstone, this workshop covers the fundamentals of upwind performance, plus advanced techniques that balance angle of attack, sail depth, and twist in both the main and jib in order to optimize speed and pointing in all conditions. A discount for youth sailors is available, and there will also be a special presentation on SAIL BLACK ROCK (home of the Sacred Heart University and Fairfield University sailing teams) and Sacred Heart Sailing.
