Our friends at the New England Science & Sailing Foundation (NESS) in Stonington, Connecticut are presenting a unique opportunity on Monday, June 10.

America’s Cup Charters (www.americascupcharters.com) of Newport, Rhode Island is bringing three America’s Cup 12 Metre yachts to Stonington Harbor, and you can join the crew for the afternoon. The 12s will head out of the harbor and race each other around Fishers Island Sound, then return to the NESS docks for post-race drinks and snacks.

Each boat can accommodate 12 guests. Individuals may reserve a spot for $440, or a group may reserve an entire boat for $5,250. A portion of your registration fee is a tax-deductible donation to NESS.

Please arrive at NESS at 2:45pm to check in.

Boats will leave the dock at 3:00pm.

Depending on weather, there will be two or three races around the Sound.

Boats will return to the dock by 6:00pm.

The New England Science & Sailing Foundation is located at

72 Water Street in Stonington. To reserve your spot (or perhaps an entire boat!), please visit https://interland3.donorperfect.net/weblink/weblink.aspx?name=E135991&id=20
