With the exception of two years during World War II, this regatta has run continuously since 1896. In addition to racing for ORC & PHRF boats, Classics, J/70s, J/80s, J/105s, Etchells, IODs, Shields, S-Boats, Ideal 18s, Viper 640s, Vanguard 15s, ILCAs, C420s & RS Fevas, this event is renowned for shoreside activities and camaraderie.

Open to serious racers vying for ECSA points as well as weekend cruisers and family crews, this fun regatta supports a great cause. Racing begins in Fishers Island Sound in the vicinity of Seaflower Reef at 12pm. Registration is $50/yacht & includes 2 tickets to the shore party at Mystic Shipyard. 34th Black Dog Dash

The first event in the New England Multihull Association’s Triple Crown series, co-hosted by The Black Dog, this 22-mile pursuit race from Vineyard Haven to Edgartown and back is open to all multihulls with a NEMA handicap rating.
