Dufour 40e Performance

This Dufour 40E has been fully offshore prepared for Newport-Bermuda Race, large compliment of offshore equipment, extensive sail inventory. The open cockpit and twin wheel set up are ideal for racing or cruising, a rare find in this price range. The target set for architect Umberto Felci and the Dufour Yachts Design Office was to come up with something even better than the Dufour 40. What a challenge! And they more than came up with the goods! Its many qualities speak for themselves.

Sail Boats

Bristol 38.8

Archipelago is a clean, well equipped and maintained example of Ted Hood's Bristol 38.8. The design of the 38.8 was so well thought of that the Bristol 3800, Wauquiez Hood 38 and the Little Harbor 38 are all based on this same hull design. With a Keel / Centerboard, her draft can go from 4.5' to 10.3' with her board down. Archipelago is what Bristol called the "Aft Cabin" version, however, she has the V-Berth of the Standard version.
