Waterworks: A Marine Show and Hudson Valley Art Association
Hosted by the Lyme Art Association in Old Lyme, Connecticut, this two-shows-in-one exhibition features marine-themed artwork by Lyme Art Association members and the annual members’ show of the prestigious Hudson Valley Art Association. Opening reception on Saturday, June 22, 5 - 7pm. Gallery hours are Wednesday through Sunday, 10am - 5pm, and by appointment. Admission is free but a $5 donation is suggested. This New York Yacht Club regatta has one Spinnaker class for IRC yachts with a rating of 1.07 or faster. The Queen's Cup has a unique starting system in that each yacht may start within a 2-minute window of the starting gun and their actual elapsed time will be used to calculate their corrected time. All helmspersons must have a current Group 1 sailor classification.
