THE WETHERILL Overnight Race
Race documents are available, and entries are open at Yachtscoring.com. Yachts will race in three Divisions,
ORC, PHRF and NEMA, with spinnaker, non-spinnaker and double-handed classes as applicable. New for the 2024 race is the Wetherill Club Challenge Trophy which will be awarded to the yacht club with the best combined score of any three boats in their respective classes.This is in addition to the Sam Wetherill Trophy, which is awarded jointly to the corrected-time winners of the ORC and PHRF Divisions.
The Skippers meeting will be held at the club on May 16, 1800. Skippers and crew are welcome to stay and enjoy complementary wine, beer and hors d’oeuvres. Class prizes, The Sam Wetherill Trophy and The Wetherill Club Challenge Trophy will be awarded at the reception at the Essex Yacht Club at 1700 on Sunday, May 19. Skippers Crew and Family are invited to have wine and beer and a cash bar with hors d’oeuvres and are invited to stay for dinner. RESERVATIONS APPRECIATED
