Presented by the Halloween Yacht Club, the Breakwater Irregulars and the City of Stamford, this race was started in 1986 to maintain Stamford’s association with the sea and to foster community spirit and waterfront pride.

Hosted by Lloyd Harbor Yacht Club and honoring the memory of an enthusiastic sailor who co-founded the Yacht Racing Association of Long Island Sound, this race supports the Make-A-Wish Foundation Suffolk County Chapter’s mission of granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Hosted by Windjammers Sailing Club, this Eastern Connecticut Sailing Association double points event has a course of approximately 50 nm in a general area between Norwalk, Port Jefferson and Faulkner Island (Non-Spinnaker class may sail a shorter course).

Sponsored by Thomson Reuters and co-hosted by Riverside and Indian Harbor Yacht Clubs in Greenwich, Connecticut and American Yacht Club in Rye, New York, this Yacht Racing Association of Long Island Sound event is open to dinghies, inshore & offshore one-designs, and PHRF & IRC boats.

With a course of approximately 47 nm from Stamford, Connecticut to Stratford Shoal and back, this Stamford Yacht Club race is open to monohulls 24 feet LOA or over, owned or chartered by a YRALIS member, and with a valid PHRF or IRC certificate.

Hosted by Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club in Oyster Bay, New York, this PHRF Spinnaker and Non-Spinnaker race is a qualifier for YRALIS PHRF Trophies and the Stratford Shoal Lighthouse Trophy.

Hosted by our friends at Pequot Yacht Club, this 60-mile overnight race starts off Southport, Connecticut, runs around Falkner Island and back to the start.

First sailed in 1956 and open to ORC and PHRF boats in Spinnaker, Non-Spinnaker, Double-Handed & Plus One Classes, the Edlu is a classic tune-up for the Block Island Race and Block Island Race Week. The spinnaker course is 32 nm from the Larchmont Breakwater to Gong 11B off Eaton's Neck and back. The non-spinnaker course is approximately 20 nm.

Hosted by Seawanhaka Corinthian Yacht Club in Oyster Bay, New York, this event has a pursuit format, with boats’ handicap times applied at the start.

Hosted by Indian Harbor Yacht Club in Greenwich, CT, this is an early season version of the notorious Gearbuster in October, with a course between 20 and 30 nautical miles depending on conditions. Divisions may include fully crewed, double-handed, non-spinnaker, PHRF +1, and one-design.

The best overall boat in this spring series wins a case of rum. Organizers anticipate PHRF, J/105 & J/80 One-Design divisions, as well as a Navigator course for the non-spinnaker fleet.

Expressly for Fun will have its own class with one race per day on the first weekend of the series. For an additional fee, sailors can sign up for the Around Execution Rocks Race on the last day of the series, July 18.
