Hosted by Housatonic Boat Club in Stratford, Connecticut, this Eastern Connecticut Sailing Association points event is open to all boats with a valid ECSA PHRF certificate, self-bailing cockpit, fixed berths, galley facilities and the ability to be self-supporting for a weekend.
